this message is far 2020-2021 upcoming 7th and 8th graders are website juicy is called 2020-2021 vcms course available to 7th graders seventh-grade top and this way you can see are required of you that will be part of your schedule and the bottom portion or indicate the different types of electives that you can sign up for and note inside one unit 1 unit means one semester class so notice also that we have to know that which classes are going to give you high school credit so you'll be able to earn high school credit while you are in did you look at the different courses if you have any questions you can certainly reach out to our counselors if you look at the 8th grade students are going to be once again at the very top you do have the required courses at all eight put on the bottom you have a list of all of the different electives that are available in once again you do have a lot of horses are going to get you high school credits if you have any type of questions at all please reach out to our counselors so after that are available to you and you make your decision you're going to go back to the bcms website under students you have two different documents here and they're both surveys and the other one is for the 7th grade elective Force required for 2020-2021 so if you are a sixth grader this year and you're going to be on the 7th grade if you are currently a seventh-grader and you will be an 8th grader next year your first name and I'm just going to make one right now answer my last name I'm going to enter my first name next this is where you're going to see all the electives that I showed you in this previous document and I'm going to click back so you can see what I'm talking about so here all of these courses that are down here have been listed right here and so I want you to pick your first choice you going to pick one First Choice you really want this Choice I'm going to want principles of art so once you make your four choices do you going to click submit and when you click submit oh my gosh I messed up I wanted to pick something else you can always go back and edit your response but if not you're fine and you just submitted what we wanted me to submit so our counselors will be receiving this information you submitted it is date stamp and so just to let you know we don't have a lot of to make sure that you concerned or website you can always reach out to her concert so under academic and if you have any questions you can call the campus are back on campus she can go ahead and call the campus police to answer any questions that you might have that are upcoming 7th and 8th graders this survey under student elective course how to cheer your slots for next year so against we are here to help you if you or your parents have any questions please call incoming 6th graders right now our counters and visit with the elementary school actually received from you on the website under students is where you going to find three documents 2020-21 bcms courses which list all the courses that are available for 6th 7th and 8th graders you will also find the 2020-2021 8th grade elective course request for our current 7th graders who will be next year for our current 6th graders that will be 7th graders next year so again as possible preferably by the end of next week that way we are able to finalize our schedules and ensure that you do get the courses that you are asking for again is there any questions please reach out to her counselor we are back on campus and you can find it at 361 6600 thank you
