COVID-19 Faculty and Staff Testing

We are now offering COVID-19 testing to any faculty or staff requesting it.  In order to be tested, you must have pre-registered.  Once you pre-register, you will be given a QR code.  This code is needed at the time of testing.  Once you generate your QR code, keep it for future testing.

 

In order to sign up, please click and fill out the "COVID-19 Test Request" link below.  Our School Nurse will be contacting you to let you know the date, time and location of your COVID-19 test.
